It does end! You can tell you won if you saw a rainbow. Did you?

I didn't. I was starting to think I would only win if after dethroning the top guy, I returned to the bottom layer eyyy? Otherwise I'd be trapped up top, thinking I had to keep pluggin away at the resources to 'win' XD
